In December 2018, from the 2nd to the 15th, representatives from 196 countries and the European Union met in Katowice, Poland for the twenty-fourth Conference of Parties (COP24) for further negotiations regarding the Paris Agreement. The conference produced the “Rulebook”, the rulebook details how member states will implement the 2015 Paris Agreement. The areas covered most in the various rounds of negotiations were Finance, Transparency, and Adaptation.
